The point is that Obama is uppity because he has succeeded in life and is not afraid to show that he is. Uppity black people are those who are trying to act as though they’re really better than they are or should be. It’s a classic racial term much like "boy".

"HEIL!" is a salutory word used by the nazis to proclaim Hitler. The guy who started WW2, tried to exterminate a few cultures, and take over Europe about 70 years ago.
