The stimulus bill put people back to work and our economy is on its feet again. We are once again the leading economic power in the world, there’s a surplus paying the (large)debt down, and quality of life is similar to that of the Clinton years. Would you conservatives vote for him again? If not, how come?

I doubt fiscal and social conservatives will vote for Obama as he is basically growing government and extending its authority into the private sector. He is also to the left on a lot of issues that social conservatives wouldn’t be able to continue to vote for. Finally, Republicans would spin the economic recovery to their advantage and claim their emphasis on tax cuts, mortgage rescue, and small business growth was what really brought the economy out of a recession

economy on its feet = budget surplus, low unemployment, good quality of life for the middle class, US still a world economic power. Value of the dollar is on par with the euro.
