She’s not from a swing state, she’s not an economic powerhouse, she’s not nationally known, and she opens the door for a lot of republicanesque diversions from the issues.
I honestly think that he would have won with Romney. Now, I’m not so sure…
I don’t get it either, but romney would have lost more votes then he brought so he woudln’t have been a good choice.

Obama stays on pace in July, raising more than $51 million for the third month this cycle. (His best werwe June and February.)
McCain’s best month, last month, brought in $27 million (with the RNC adding more); he’s shifting to public financing for the last two months of the race.
McCain’s attacks probably helped, as did big money from new former Clinton donors; but the fact that he can raise this month in the summer doldrums suggests his ceiling will be higher when people start paying attention after Labor Day. Continue reading…
