On the rare few channels that I have, I’ve scanned accross CPAC a few times. Fuck, do they ever sound immature, unproffessional and whiney.
As I Canadian I find it embarassing.

We need two tier voting as well.
Hey, we have that same problem with our Congress down here.

By STAFF REPORTERS RUSSIA threatened to NUKE Poland yesterday as the world faced the prospect of a terrifying new Cold War. Gen Anatoly Nogovitsy lashed out after Poland agreed to help the US create a “missile shield” over Europe. He said: “Poland is making itself a target. Such targets are destroyed as a first priority.” How many civilians did the Georgian goverment kill?

fore some reason that report looks like it was made in photoshop his buddies are up after him I belive Hopefully, I’ll outlive him Oregon now requires documents to apply for DL. Spanish driver’s license apps plummets

When I got my license, you didn’t have to even provide a SSN. When I broked my DL physically and went to apply for a replacement, they asked for a SSN. I wasn’t aware Oregon’s requirements were much more lax than other states and we were an attractant for illegal aliens. Effective July 1st 08 for both renewal and new application you’re actually required to bring your original SS card, and proof of your legal existence. As a result, there’s been a decline in applicants taking driver’s licensing test in Spanish by staggering factor of ten. Should these illegals receive the backpay or even be allowed to use our court?

Should these illegal alien have any claim to pay from a job, which more than likely they obtained through fraudulent means, such as using someone else’s SSN? Should one have the right to the US legal system when your existence in the US is merely as a trespasser? If they can’t work here legally and he hired them illegally, the owner would/should be fined accordingly whether he wins or not. The real crime with illegal aliens is that THEY ARE THE ‘ACCEPTED’ FORM OF SLAVERY. Are you in favor of a National ID card?

Then again, we’re Americans so our opinion doesn’t matter. I support it, if it’s opt in, which it’s not, so I don’t. really thats a very dim view to take Border Patrol Agent Held at Gunpoint by Mexican Military

Agent Held at Gunpoint by Mexican Military 8-3-08 A Tucson Sector Border Patrol agent was held at gunpoint by the Mexican military last night south of Ajo. Mexican military personnel crossed over the border and pointed rifles at him. Backup units arrived from the Ajo Border Patrol station, and the Mexican military personnel eventually returned to Mexico. Unfortunately, this sort of behavior by Mexican military personnel has been going on for years. They are never held accountable, and the United States government will undoubtedly brush this off as another case of "Oh well, they didn’t know they were in the United States." A few years ago the Mexican military went a step further and put a .50 calibre rifle round through the rear window of a Border Patrol agent’s patrol vehicle south of Ajo. Nothing was ever done. Nobody was ever held accountable. Particularly galling is the fact that the Mexican military often pulls these stunts in Humvees donated to them by the American taxpayers (although they were apparently on foot this time). We note that Border Patrol agents have historically driven worn-out, junk vehicles. Border Monkeys and Laptops

I heard in a discussion board that you can get around the snooping of your data at the borders by shipping your HDD overnight via mail. (Sense laptops can be seized at the border now for an indefinite time length.) I just wanna know though what are the security/privacy measures or policies (if any) that have been put into place by FedEx/UPS/ or whoever that protects packages from being opened or confiscated. How does border patrol go about searching mail transports? How secure would this method be? russia crisis

well, this will be a very interesting turn of events. The United States has been an advocate of Georgian independence, and Georgia has responded with pro-west strategic moves. we have troops there now, and would love to set up bases there along with other nations. so, what does the US do? send troops? get out? mediate talks? will the russians listen? will the georgians listen? does the usa have any credibility left after saying fuck you to the world in 03? |
