the McCain camp purposely threw the story out there the day that Americans began dying from another hurricane in the gulf. What better cover? I just hope that the media brings this shit out into the open again once the storm issues are resolved, because we’re voting on who will be the most powerful person in the world, and if they knowingly try to cover his running-mate’s shortcomings by using a natural disaster as cover, who knows what else they might be hiding? She’s not from a swing state, she’s not an economic powerhouse, she’s not nationally known, and she opens the door for a lot of republicanesque diversions from the issues. I honestly think that he would have won with Romney. Now, I’m not so sure… I am so proud to be an American in 2008.
