I wonder if this could happen again. The days of Rodney King are pretty much over (as far as police getting away with things), but could Hispanics and blacks go to war with each other? Hispanic areas are growing while black areas diminish. Blacks have less jobs now because of illegals. Black people are purposely killed based on their skin color. One little black girl crossed a small street on her bike that marked a boundry between blacks and hispanics (just a simple numbered street like "108th"), and that was considered a death sentence.
